Friendly Care Network Objectives

The objectives of the “Friendly Care Network” are to benefit the public by:
Preventing or relieving loneliness and social isolation among individuals of all ages, particularly those who are ill, bereaved, or socially isolated.
Partnering with other charities, local authorities, councils, NHS services, schools, religious charities, and community organisations to provide social services to the grassroots community.
Supporting the well-being and resilience of children and young people through structured mentoring, sports, and community engagement activities.

Relieving financial hardship or other disadvantages through economic empowerment services.
Provide emotional, practical and social support to individuals and families in crisis through community-based activities.
Promoting equality, diversity, and social inclusion within communities, with a focus on supporting underrepresented groups, including ethnic minority communities.
Advancing environmental and climate protection through agricultural food-growing programs, community gardening, and agricultural education initiatives.
Encouraging volunteering, civic engagement, and community participation to strengthen social cohesion through inclusive programmes and activities.
• Organise a focus group discussion on issues affecting young people, women and children through partnership with stakeholders in the sector.
Raise funds through grants, donations, and fundraising activities.
Provide support services, training, workshops, and mentorship events.
Purchase equipment and materials necessary for programme delivery.
All activities shall be carried out for the public benefit.
